Cancellation less than 2 weeks of the start of the residential course

100% fee will apply.

See loan details here.

Civil Ceremonies reserves the right to consider each case on its own merit for cancellation and will take into account the reason for the cancellation. They will consider circumstances where a legal requirement restricts attendance, such as jury service or a court appearance (proof in the form of documentation will be required). Postponement may also be considered where a learner or close relative (parent, child, or sibling) has suffered a serious illness or accident (a medical confirmation document will be required) or in the instance of death of a close relative (parent, child or sibling). Each case will be considered separately. This could mean a postponement to a later course and can only be considered for ONE postponement. An administrative fee of £45 + vat is charged for changing course dates.

If you withdraw from the course and you have taken out the Advanced Learner Loan you WILL be liable for at least part of the loan, and possibly all of it.
