Highgate House, residential course venue

Residential Training Details

Covid-19 and the residential training course:

We are still taking bookings for training courses and we hope that by the end of the year our hotel will be back up and running for the residential part of the course. Should they not be, you would either have the option to postpone until another date or carry out your training online, which we will discuss with you if the need arises.

Duration

The residential course starts at 2pm on a Monday and ends at 2:45pm on a Friday.

Venue

Highgate House sits in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside in the village of Creaton, just seven miles from Northampton town centre. It is a beautiful 17th Century hotel set in 26 acres of grounds. It provides some of the best conference and meeting facilities in the UK and has recently been named a Wedding Industry Awards finalist and we are delighted to be holding our residential training in such a fantastic, flexible venue in a wonderfully peaceful location.

Click here for the Highgate House website.

Accommodation

Every bedroom at the hotel has ensuite bathroom facilities and some ground floor rooms are available. All bedrooms have TVs, tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding and towels are provided. Wifi is available throughout the site and staff are onsite 24 hours a day. An in-house catering team delivers a wide range of refreshments and meals including a hot and cold buffet lunch and a 2 course table served dinner is provided. All dietary requirements are catered for.

Joining Instructions
We always send full joining instructions in advance of a course. This will include any maps, details of anything you need to bring with you and full details of the residential accommodation.

Dietary and other special requirements
We try very hard to accommodate everyone fully on our courses. Please advise us of any dietary or other additional needs or possible learning difficulties in advance and we will do everything we can to make arrangements for you.

Please note:

  • Use of a laptop and a memory stick/USB is essential on the course, please call us if you are unable to bring one with you.
  • Courses have a maximum of 12 trainees attending.
  • The training is very popular and early booking is recommended.
