Booking a Commitment Ceremony

Ceremonies with a Celebrant

Most people elect to have their ceremony conducted by one of our Celebrants. All of our Celebrants are specially trained professionals. Your Celebrant’s primary goal is to ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and that you have a truly memorable day.

Once you have provisionally arranged somewhere to hold your ceremony, you can check celebrant availability with us by clicking the ‘Enquire Here’ button above or by calling us.

We check our database for Celebrants within 20 miles of your venue address so that your celebrant is local. We then check the date you would like is free in their diary. Celebrants normally get back to us within 48 hours and we then call or email you.

Next steps

Once availability has been confirmed with you, you can either pay your ceremony deposit over the phone or online with a link we will send you. Please see fees page for payment information.

Classic Ceremonies

Once you have booked your classic commitment ceremony we will send you the name of the celebrant that will be conducting it for you by email. They will then be in touch with you to introduce themselves and to arrange a meeting at the venue or home.

We also post a booking pack to you that includes readings and promises for you to select which ones you would like. Once you have returned your choices, (within 3 weeks of your ceremony) we will ‘build’ your script from your choices and then once finalised email it to your celebrant who will bring it to deliver on the day along with a certificate.

Bespoke Ceremonies

Once you have booked your Bespoke Commitment Ceremony we will email you the name of the celebrant that will be conducting your ceremony. They will then be in touch with you to introduce themselves and to arrange to meet you at your venue or home.

We will post our comprehensive ceremony pack to you for you to make your choices from, and you will then return the forms to us, within 6 weeks of your ceremony date.

We then manually create your script and email a draft copy for you to check through. Once this has been finalised, we send you a hard copy with the order of ceremony and we also send it to the celebrant with your certificate. The celebrant will then arrive on the day ready to deliver the ceremony.

Script Only

Please see our script only page for further information on booking.
