Civil Ceremonies Achieves Matrix Accreditation…Again!
We are so pleased to be able to share the news that following an assessment on the 22nd September 2026, we have once again been accredited with the Matrix Standard for information, advice and guidance services.

The assessment included conversations with all staff members, a selection of tutors, industry partners and learners and a review of our policies, business plan, self-assessment report, quality improvement plan, performance data , learner feedback and our website.
Key areas in our report mentioned:
CCL is a small organisation, and during the assessment it was evident that all staff were committed to providing high-quality IAG to every learner before, during, and after their programme. Learners value the robust application process and the support provided during and after the programme.
The difference the IAG makes to recipients and the overall impact
Staff believe the robust application process, which ensures that the chosen course is the right choice at the right time for everyone, supports the Organisation in achieving high learner achievement rates (currently 98%) and positive learner feedback (currently 99%). Staff also reported individual learner improvements in several soft skills, including increased self-confidence, assertiveness, and overall self-awareness.
Some learner comments include:
“The residential course has been life-changing – I am never going to be the same.”
“The programme has lifted my confidence.”
“A brilliant experience.”
“I have learned a lot about myself through self-reflection and more self-awareness.”
Thank you to all involved.
