Civil Funeral Celebrancy is a new profession. Since we founded the concept in 2002, we have trained hundreds of successful celebrants who practice throughout the UK and who have won respect and trust across all segments of the funeral industry.

A Civil Funeral is defined as:

"A funeral, which is driven by the wishes, beliefs and values of the deceased and their family, not by the beliefs or ideology of the person conducting the funeral".

These funerals have grown a hundredfold since their first year and these special funerals require special individuals to conduct them.
