Fees & Charges

In most areas we work alongside Local Authorities, who set their own individual fees for their region; this means that the cost of the ceremony varies according to the area, day and time of the actual ceremony.

In areas where our own CCL Celebrants officiate at a ceremony, the fee will be in the region of £168 - £198 (inc vat).

What Sort of Venue

You can hold your ceremony almost anywhere you wish, including your own home (see below) in many areas. There is likely to be a suitable venue in a suitable location to meet your needs e.g. hotel, community hall, stately home.

Ceremonies at home

You can hold your ceremony at home if you prefer, however, there are certain conditions that apply. Take a look at our 'Guidelines for Ceremonies at Home' policy, this will give you an idea of the sort of things we will check and you need to consider.

There is an additional charge of £30 (inc vat) for this service as the Celebrant is required to visit your home for health and safety reasons.
