All Birthdays are special, but your child's first birthday is extra special, what a terrific opportunity to have a Naming Ceremony and gather family and friends together to celebrate.
Our special Naming Ceremony is thoughtfully designed to fit beautifully with a birthday celebration. But it doesn't have to be a first birthday, all birthdays are catered for!
You can also include older children as well as the birthday boy or girl. And where would a Birthday be without a Birthday cake? Incorporate the ceremony into the whole day and finish the ceremony with the cake and blowing out of candles.
Where can Ceremonies be held
Absolutely anywhere of your choosing; a village hall or hotel, in a restaurant or in a castle, on a boat or maybe even at home by the birthday cake, the choice is yours.
When can Ceremonies be held
Our Celebrants can conduct the ceremony for you at any time that is convenient to both you and the Celebrant.
Alternatively, you can purchase a personalised script from us and a family member or friend can conduct it for you.

How much does a Birthday Ceremony cost?

The fee is £265 (inc vat), this includes the full bespoke script.
At Home
If you are thinking of holding your ceremony at home, there is an additional charge of £30 (inc vat) as the Celebrant is required to visit your home for health and safety reasons. Take a look at our 'Guidelines for Ceremonies at Home' policy, this will give you an
idea of the sort of things we will check and you need to consider.
Script Only service
If you would like to deliver the ceremony yourself or have someone you know deliver the ceremony, the fee is £110 (inc.vat). This cost is for supplying a tailor-made script and certificate reflecting your ceremony content.
NB: If you are holding the ceremony at a venue such as a hall or hotel, ask the venue for their room hire/catering fees.
