This course is for Crematorium staff interested in providing an improved ceremony for bereaved families attending their Crematorium for the Scattering of Ashes/Strewing of Cremated Remains.

  • Effectively translate the information gained to a short, well-written, accurate ceremony to accompany the scattering procedure
  • Deliver the ceremony with confidence and sensitivity
  • Read poetry and readings with improved skill

  – Obtaining information from bereaved families
  – Creating an appropriate ceremony
  – Practical demonstration and individual ceremony
     construction sessions
  – Practical session on ceremony creation
  – Comprehensive Ceremony manual with sample
     ceremonies and readings

Location : In–house at commissioning Crematorium
Cost :  Cost: £95 +vat per delegate
Dates : As arranged
Delegates: Maximum 12 delegates per course
Minimum 6 or 8 depending on geographic location

Course venue

Crematoria are invited to host the course for their own staff and staff from neighbouring areas. A mutually convenient date can be arranged.
