This course is only for those who successfully completed the Civil Funeral residential training and are conducting Civil Funerals. The refresher day will provide updated materials and software.

- Review of new software and how to use it
- Ceremony writing – traps to avoid & keeping your ceremonies fresh
- Tips for suicides, tragedies & difficult funerals
