What you see is what you pay only applies to orders despatched in the UK.
Dependant on stock levels, most orders can be despatched the day after the order has been received. All postage and packaging prices are included in our product prices for UK deliveries and will usually be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post.

CIVIL CEREMONIES LTD RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Purchases made as a result of this web site are backed by a 14 day guarantee. If dissatisfied for what ever reason please return the goods and packaging in original condition. Retain a proof of sending receipt as CCL takes no responsibility for items not received. A refund will be issued within 30 days.
RETURNING GOODS Unwanted Goods If you wish to return goods that are unwanted you must advise us in writing within 7 days after the date of delivery. This period is known as the 7 day cooling off period. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods and for the return costs. Goods must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition including all items in the original sale. We advise customers to use the original packaging or equivalent packaging for the return of goods.
Faulty Goods If goods are delivered and are found to be faulty please contact us 0845 0048608. Suitable packaging should be used for the return of these goods. If goods are to be replaced and have been unused we will try to arrange this within a 14 day period, if items are in stock. There is no charge to the customer for this unless the return goods are found not to be faulty. If the goods are returned and have not been used and are found not to be faulty, you will be charged the return delivery cost and on our decision asked to collect the goods from us or be refunded for the goods. If goods have been used and are found not to be faulty, you will be charged the return delivery costs and asked to either collect the goods or be charged for the reduction in value caused to the goods.
Damaged Goods. If goods are delivered and are found to be damaged please contact us 0845 0048608 as soon as possible. There is no charge to the customer for this. If goods are to be replaced we will try to arrange this within a 14 day period if items are in stock.
REFUND POLICY Any refund will be made within 30 days of notification by phone, email or letter and will be authorised as soon as possible. |
